At the steeplechase turf in Pardubice will culminate the horse competition for a participation in the jubilee 120th year of Velká pardubická Steeplechase, sponsored by the Česká pojišťovna insurance company. The last of four qualifications on 5,800 metres will be the main part of the meeting called the French Day. In the course of the afternoon eight more steeplechase races will be run.
