It was built where stables used to be kept and the interior still retains some of the original features. The restaurant has been welcoming its guests since 1998.

To respect the history of the building, Restaurant Století's interior has been designed accordingly. The lobby with the bar and the fireplace is painted with earth tones and decorated with paintings inspired by era of Rudolph. The bar is separated from the dining area by an interconnecting room with the self-serve salad bar and the period wardrobe for storing guests' coats. There is a wooden snake (made in 1858) hanging from the ceiling as a focal point of the dining room with 44 seats. This snake was the house sign of the pharmacy in Nerudova Street.
